Office Ergonomics: Human Contact Provided

December 5, 2017 - What is your office ergonomics philosophy?

Do you believe software can provide the complete solution, or is human contact required at some level of risk? If you answered human contact is required, our philosophies align.

Our office ergonomics software and services are designed to facilitate human contact. We believe software is a great tool to acquire data, assess risk, and provide self-correction training. This alone is more than adequate for low- and moderate-risk employees. However, we firmly believe that People in Real Pain Need Real People. Therefore for higher risk employees, we make it simpler, quicker, and easier to provide telephonic and onsite assessments.

The three typical challenges to requiring human contact are:

  1. Finding local, qualified ergonomic assessors,
  2. Obtaining consistent services and reporting, and
  3. Cost

Atlas addresses all three for you.

Atlas has a network of professionals who provide office ergonomic services for thousands of US client sites. They are prequalified, trained, and then monitored during their first few assessments to ensure they meet our clients’ expectations. If we need support in new areas, Atlas can draw from our network of professionals who support over 15,000 US cities and towns.

Our office ergonomic software, AtlasOffice™, is designed in such a way as to guide how assessments are completed, solutions are developed, and reports are provided. By doing so, our clients see consistency from Albany to Albuquerque.

Our nationwide coverage drives a lower onsite assessment cost—less travel means lower costs. However, if that option is still too expensive, we offer a telephonic assessment option. And if that option is still too expensive, we can come in and train your staff to conduct assessments and create your own internal first line of defense.

One Nation. A Total Solution.

If you are interested in exploring your options, either as you develop a new office ergonomics program or as an alternative to a current program that lacks a human touch, please contact us. We support office ergonomics programs of some of the largest organizations in the world. You may be amazed by our client list so if you want references, just ask. We are confident you will like what you hear.
