(October 10, 2022) – Continuing our commitment to help educate employers on ways to avoid work-related injuries, Atlas Injury Prevention Solutions is pleased to announce our onsite early intervention expert, Curt DeWeese PT and Director, will be speaking at the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference & Expo, on October 19, 2022, from 3:30 to 4:30 PM, at the Mandalay Bay, in Las Vegas.

During the session, which is titled, Rehrig Pacific: Proving a Quick and Simple Way to Reduce MSDs 86%, Curt DeWeese will introduce attendees to the components of an innovative, yet quick and simple approach to reducing musculoskeletal disorders, providing care for injured employees, while reducing recordable injuries and their associated costs.  Doing so is especially important in today’s tight labor market.

DeWeese is a 25-year industry veteran in preventing, managing, and treating work-related musculoskeletal injuries in distribution, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, and office environments.

“We are pleased to present our solutions and outcomes to National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference attendees,” says DeWeese. “At Atlas, our focus is taking care of workers’ concerns before they become injuries and require unwanted lost time and costs and become recordable events.  We are excited to share the benefits of what a comprehensive early symptom management program can do at a large multi-site manufacturing company. It has always been our mission to improve injury prevention methodology and to further our industry’s collective knowledge through a sharing of real-world problems and solutions.”

Atlas IPS will also be exhibiting at booth #469.
