Grand Haven, Michigan (October 23, 2019) – Continuing our commitment to help educate employers on ways to avoid work-related injuries, Atlas Injury Prevention Solutions is pleased to announce Curt DeWeese, PT and Director with Atlas IPS, will co-present with Albert Lee, Practice Group Chair of Tucker Arensberg Attorneys, at the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference & Expo at the Mandalay Bay Las Vegas Hotel, November 6-8, 2019.
Curt DeWeese will introduce attendees to the components of a successful post-offer pre-employment physical ability screen program and showcase how this valuable tool can help avoid injury risks, especially in today’s tight labor market.
Albert Lee will explain current regulatory constraints and recent Equal Employment Opportunity Commission challenges that have amplified the importance of properly designing, implementing, and administering a program.
DeWeese is a 25-year industry veteran in preventing, managing, and treating work-related musculoskeletal injuries in the distribution, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, and office environments.
