A Physical Therapist with over 27 years of experience in injury prevention and development of treatment protocols for injured workers. Drew’s knowledge and experience is in on-site clinical services, ergonomics and wellness strategies, and compliance.

Katie Bossen, PT, DPT
Katie has a background in finance and is a Physical Therapist with 4+ years of clinical experience in injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. Her knowledge and experience is in out-patient/acute care intervention, and health policy.

Curt DeWeese, PT
A Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience in injury prevention and management programs. Curt’s knowledge and experience is in onsite early intervention and first aid, case management, functional testing and ergonomics.

Jim Landsman, BSME, MBA
A business leader and systems engineer with over 20 years of experience in business management and the development of systems that measure and improve business performance. Jim’s knowledge and experience is in systems design, development, implementation and performance improvement.

Sue McIntire, CPA, MBA
Sue is a certified public accountant with over 15 years of experience managing small businesses in the healthcare industry. Her knowledge and experience is in finance, budgeting, taxation, and human resources.

Nick is a Certified Athletic Trainer with more than 10 years of experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation of injured workers. His knowledge and experience is in ergonomics, wellness, post-offer pre-employment screens, and essential function development.

Mike Perry, BSCS
Mike is a lead software engineer with 10+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development. His knowledge and experience spans the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to software development support.

Tony Silva, CPE, BSC
A Certified Professional Ergonomist with 15+ years of experience helping companies achieve bottom-line results  through improved ergonomics. Tony's knowledge and experience is in ergonomics program development, communication and implementation, with specialization in the integration of ergonomics into existing business practices such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Jim Wellington, AAS
