Drew has a strong clinical background rooted in the assessment and evaluation of the injured worker. Over the past 25 years he has worked with numerous organizations across the country providing organizational solutions in ergonomics, pro-active safety and wellness. He has spoken to audiences across the country on ergonomic system solutions, injury prevention and corporate wellness at conferences like National Ergonomics Conference, American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Drew is also a frequent guest speaker on “The Dave Nemo Show” discussing health and wellness for the over the road truck driver.


Scott Ege, P.T., President, Ege Workplace Solutions
Scott is an expert in both reactive and proactive strategies to address musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and worker health for manufacturing, office, retail, and healthcare industries.  He has been published in the Journal of WORK, PT Magazine, PT Products, PT Today, and Occupational Health & Safety Magazine and spoken at ErgoExpo the last three years and the DSI Work Solutions National Conference in 2018.



Darrin Schenck, Vice President, TriageNow
Darrin has been with the TriageNow team since 2012.  His expertise and focus in on educating clients, partners, carriers and insurance agencies on the benefits of telephonic triage and lowering workers compensation spending.  Darrin has recently spoke at the 2019 Self Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) Executive Forum.



Tony Silva, Certified Professional Ergonomist and Director, Atlas Injury Prevention Solutions
Tony is a Board-Certified Professional Ergonomist with over 20 years of experience reducing injuries and improving operational efficiency through the implementation of ergonomic management systems and solutions. He specializes in the integration of ergonomics into existing business practices such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. He is a frequent speaker at many national conferences like the National Ergonomics Conference and American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).  Tony has also published recent articles in Workplaces and Textile Services Magazines.


Matt Alley, Vice President, Emerge Diagnostics
Matt develops strategic relationships with companies to create customized Soft Tissue Management (STM) programs that allows employers to objectively determine if there is a change in condition for the injured employee.  His work developing partnerships with organizations utilizing the Emerge Diagnostics technology has been referenced in magazines like Risk and Insurance, Business Insurance, and BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders.
